Treatment of Acute Renal Failure

Abstract
Acute renal failure is a clinical syndrome characterized by a sudden decrease in renal function which was previously normal. So the first principle of management is to exclude cause of acute renal failure which is potentially reversible by specific treatment. Secondly conservative treatment, including control of fluid and electrolyte balances, is capable of relieving the manifestation of acute renal failure. However, early and frequent prophylactic dialysis is recommended in recent days because of well being sense of patients, liberal intake of fluid and diet, decrease in morbidity and mortality, such as infection and gastrointestinal bleeding
